Easy-fit Broag Gas 110 ECO boiler maximises efficiency and offers versatile siting

Leading boiler manufacturer Broag has unveiled a high efficiency, fully modulating, floor-standing domestic condensing boiler developed specifically to fit directly into the same floor area as a traditional boiler of equal output.
With its compact footprint of just 600mm by 630mm, the Broag-Remeha Gas 110 ECO is fast and simple to install and can be used on all new and refurbishment projects in both single and multiple (modular) configurations. Conventional and room-sealed flue system capability means that the boiler can be sited almost anywhere within a building.
Mark Northcott, national sales manager at Broag, explained: "We have designed the 110 to fit into the footprint of one of the most popular boiler designs so the customer's money goes even further because the installer can fit the latest boiler technology directly into the space in which the old, inefficient boiler used to stand. This means that customers are spending their money on the boiler and not wasting it on extra pipework and associated fittings."
The fully modulating Gas 110 ECO boiler, which has ultra low NOx and minimum CO emissions, is available in two outputs - 13.3-65kW and 18.4-113.8kW - and includes a one-piece, cast aluminium heat exchanger for especially high efficiencies (which average 110% (NCV)).
All electrical and electronic controls are contained within the instrument panel and other major components are contained in a sealed air box that forms the main boiler casing. This has a removable front section to guarantee ease of access for maintenance.
The pre-mix, downward-firing gas burner can be fuelled by natural gas or LPG and its gas/air ratio control system ensures the boiler will offer clean, trouble-free operation and a long life.
The standard control package allows the customer to read and adjust actual and set values on the built-in digital display, which also provides normal operating and fault code indication to make the installer's job easier. An intelligent, advanced boiler control (abc) continuously monitors the boiler conditions, varying the heat output to suit the system load.
Broag also offers pipework and flue kits to bolt together up to six boilers, making the Gas 110 ECO is the perfect choice for modular heating system replacements.
